Originally inspired by the Dior Matt Collection, the matt blazons have previously only been available in limited edition collections, but we’re pleased to now present them as part of the permanent range.

This stylish Samshield horse riding hat has a plain matt navy shell, co-ordinated with a matching matt navy trim and blazon, and 255 metallic blue crystals adorning the trim for a stunning glimmer that catches the light beautifully.

The inner shell is made from polystyrene with variable density, providing a better dissipation of the energy produced on impact, while the shaped memory foam liner provides consistent thickness throughout years of use, and can easily be removed for washing to keep your head feeling fresh.

The semi-rigid harness removes the risk of the helmet tipping if violent movement occurs.

The front air inlet provides excellent ventilation. Fresh air is channeled from the front entrance to the back extractors, generating strong internal airflow.

All Samshield hats purchased from us conform to the VG1 and ASTM standard, which are accepted by British Showjumping, British Dressage and British Eventing under the current rules.
