This beautiful riding hat combines the classic Samshield Shadowmatt hat with the Shadowglossy top and new Bordeaux trim for an elegant look.

The shell is in matt black, while the glossy metallic black top makes you stand out from the crowd. The metallic burgundy trim and dark chrome blazon add a sophisticated finish.

The inner shell is made from polystyrene with variable density, providing a better dissipation of the energy produced on impact, while the shaped memory foam liner provides consistent thickness throughout years of use, and can easily be removed for washing to keep your head feeling fresh.

The semi-rigid harness removes the risk of the helmet tipping if violent movement occurs.

The front air inlet provides excellent ventilation. Fresh air is channeled from the front entrance to the back extractors, generating strong internal airflow.

All Samshield hats purchased from us conform to the VG1 and ASTM standard, which are accepted by British Showjumping, British Dressage and British Eventing.
